FEATURES
Fully enclosed guide rail, made of 6063 aluminum, self-developed by Myoung Laser. It is light in weight but still great in strength, with 12mm liner rails inside and the belt fully-covered, perfectly reducing dust and corrosion, standing out in a harsh environment.
High in cutting/engraving accuracy, the machine runs at a standard engraving speed of 800mm/s and1500mm/s, and an optional high-speed up to 1900mm/s.
Built-in water chiller, air pump and fume exhaust, no further installation is needed (optional external fan and separate chiller if preferred).
The auto-focusing laser head is equipped with 57 step motor, making little noise, excellent in precision, enabling auto-focusing function just by a simple press on the button.
Ruida 6445G Control System available for LightBurn – newest series control system carried on a V8 system, suitable for lightburn software to create many more cutting/engraving possibilities.
Users can import linear files and photos from any drawing program (in AI, PDF, SVG, DXF, PLT, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP formats), correct and create new designs after importing designs with offsetting, boolean operations, welding, and node editing, and check all parameters of laser power, cutting and engraving speed, repeated cutting number, cutting order, brightness & contrast, dithering methods and many more.
Automatic lifting platform, upwards and downwards, moving up to 160mm, good at cutting/engraving thick materials, with four quality long threaded SS bars and a 6mm thick metal platform.
The large-size visible working window, made of thick acrylic sheet, with LED lighting function made of laser-protective materials, facilitate users to observe the entire engraving/cutting process.
